Every candidate for election as a director must:

  1. have been a member for a minimum of three continuous years.
  2. be nominated and seconded by two members, who are not currently directors, with no less than three years continuous Club membership as at the date of the annual general meeting at which their candidate wishes to be elected; and
  3. submit their nomination in writing, signed by the members making the same and accompanied by a written consent signed by the person nominated of their willingness to accept the office for which they are nominated.

Every such nomination must reach the nomination committee no later than noon,   GMT  Friday 14 February 2026 the date being specified by the Board.
Every candidate for election as a director at the annual general meeting (in each year) must be endorsed by the nomination committee. A candidate who wishes to stand as a director must make themself known to the nominations committee.
The criteria for selection will be made available to those members who put themselves forward for election.
