AGM 29 March 2026
To be held on Sunday 29 March 2026 at 15:45 hrs. at The British Motor Museum, Banbury Rd Gaydon Warwickshire. CV35 0BJ and streamed online via Zoom (details to follow via eBulletin).
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of R.R.E.C. Limited, with company registration number 01154113 and whose registered address is: The Granary, Pury Hill, Business Park, Alderton Rd, Towcester. NN12 7LS will be held at the above address on Sunday 29 March 2026 at 15:45 hrs to complete the following business:
1. Receive the Chairman’s Report.
2. To approve the Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive the Financial Statements for the year ending 31 October 2025.
4. To reappoint PM&M chartered accountants as auditors and to authorize the directors of the Club to fix their remuneration.
5. To appoint Directors

In accordance with the Articles of Association, a postal vote is being taken and there will be no voting at the meeting by a show of hands. All votes must be registered by means of the official form which appoints the Chairperson of the Company as your proxy. All votes will be counted independently and certified. Details to follow.
